Arsenal Keen On Signing 16-Year-Old Technically Gifted Winger

We’re seeing that footballers are developing and emerging at a younger age these days, so it’s weird to see someone make their debut at a high level while they’re still at school. That’s the reality for Bournemouth winger Ajani Burchall when he made his debut last year, and it also means the inevitable interest has started to emerge from bigger teams….Arsenal Keen On Signing 16-Year-Old Technically Gifted Winger

La Liga Giants Could Consider Move For Arsenal Manager

Ajani just turned 16 in November last year so you have to think he would be seen as a developmental prospect only now, but the Gunners are looking to bring him in. This comes after he rejected scholarship terms with the Cherries so it would allow him to leave in the summer and the eventual fee would likely be dictated by a tribunal.

Understandably there’s not a lot of info available on Burchall who’s made one senior appearance but it looks that he’s a winger who can play on either side, while he’s clearly highly rated if he’s breaking into the first team so early.

The London giants don’t have a lot of money only now so they will need to sign and develop their own stars, so the teenager could be one to keep an eye on if they manage to agree on terms. Ajani only made a brief outing for the first-team but was also in the squad for a game with Luton a week later.

Burchall has been a regular for the club’s youth ranks, however, and seems like someone who could develop into a fine footballer. The Cherries are chasing promotion back to the PL this campaign, with Jonathan Woodgate currently in temporary charge.
