Arsenal has opened talks with Eintracht Frankfurt’s defender’s representatives for a transfer to the Premier League. Evan N’Dicka has been impressive for his club and has shown great maturity for a player of his age…….Arsenal Open Transfer Talks With £19million Rated Bundesliga Star
Evan has made 17 appearances for Frankfurt so far under Adi Hutter’s management. He has been firm at the back and is a regular starter. Eintracht Frankfurt is currently 4th in the Bundesliga and they will be hoping to make it to the Champions League with Evan at the heart of the defence.
Arsenal has got their part of the trouble. They will be intimidated to buy the player given the condition of their defensive troubles. Although they had a good Sunday as they won the London Derby, defeating Tottenham Hotspur 2-1, it doesn’t change the fact that their defence has a lot of leaks.
The Gunners are currently 10th in the Premier League but they won’t be dismissing their chances of making it to the European competitions yet.
Arsenal is on a serious mission to bring back the glory to The Emirates. They have a few embarrassing years to forget. They have demoted themselves to the Europa League and unless they win that competition this year, they cannot be a part of any European competitions.
The Gunners had an awful start to this season. They were almost on the verge of relegation. If it hadn’t been for the turnaround they made this year, we could have seen them fighting against the likes of Newcastle United to stay in the Premier League. But now we can confirm that they are almost safe, and Arsenal fans can be relieved.
If they hope to be better next season, they must buy players that can make an impact. They have already begun the process. Fair to say, they have not disappointed with their selections either.
Arsenal had signed Gabriel Magalhaes last summer who has been a great addition. He has settled himself in the Premier League well. But only a player cannot save the team. They also signed David Luiz in the hope of taking advantage of the experience he has. But that has backfired immensely.
They are on red alert in the transfer market for possible additions. Ibrahima Konate has already entered their shopping list with Evan N’Dicka becoming their latest target according to the Daily Express. Arsenal already released a few players, and there are many more to leave. If they empty their clutter, they can even land both of them which will be a huge win for the club.
Former Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur manager George Graham has dished out a plan that Arsenal needs to pursue. Graham has been convinced by Mikel Arteta’s first full year at Arsenal. He has praised him for bringing the best out of many players. But he says that there is room for improvement.
According to Graham, every player has a limit that can be pushed. And many players at the club have reached that limit under Arteta. If they hope to contend for the title, they need to bring new players, which according to him will cost a lot of money.
“Arsenal has outstanding young players, but they need help. Quality players around them to show them the way. They need to go out and buy two or three players, each costing £75m to £100m.” – George Graham
Arsenal will be hosting Olympiakos in the 2nd-leg of the Europa League’s round of 16. They have got a comfortable away goal lead and will hope to knock out the team that knocked them out of the competition last season.
