English Wonderboy Extremely Likely To Leave Arsenal For Nothing
Arsenal are allegedly in real danger of losing youngster Folarin Balogun on a free transfer at the end of the campaign……….English Wonderboy Extremely Likely To Leave Arsenal For Nothing
That’s according to a recent report and analysis from the British outlet the Daily Express, which points towards the seeming lack of progress made on sorting a fresh contract for Balogun, while the player also continues to struggle for game time in Mikel Arteta’s first-team.
The Gunners have plenty of options in the final third, and even though Folarin is clearly a hugely promising young talent, it seems it’s going to be tricky for the Englishman to break into the side any time soon.
Others like Reiss Nelson and Eddie Nketiah have also struggled to see regular action, and they are older and more proven than Folarin.
Still, this is a blow for the north Londoners as it’d have been good for them to retain the services of Balogun for the future, and perhaps loan the prodigy out at some point this season or next.
That now looks to be out of the club’s hands as the Daily Express note that he has previously been linked heavily with having plenty of proposals ahead of next season.
In other news, Real Madrid are allegedly ready to cash in on Arsenal-linked forward Vinicius Junior at the end of the season.
The 20-year-old winger’s career has yet to truly take off at the Santiago Bernabeu, having netted just 12 times in 94 games in all competitions.
